Law needs politics too the intention behind the government'should decision to ban employment of children below 14 year of age as domestic servants and as helper in the unorganised part of the hospital industry under the child labour ( prohibition and regulation act1986 is doubtless noble . But can that translate on the ground  laws can be enforced only when they accord with real social processes sadly larage swathes of the country are in the grip of primitive

1- only one out of five children involved in child labour is paid for his or her work
2-the majority of children in child labour perform unpaid family work
3-about 60% of children in Ethiopia are engaged in some forms of child labour many of these children work in the mining  industry that poses some of the biggest changes for child labour.....
